Cobra Starship es una banda de rock alternativo creada por Gabe Saporta vocalista y bajista de la banda Midtown.
Los miembros son:
Gabe Saporta (vocalista)
Victoria Asher o Vicky-T (keytar)
Ryland Blackinton (guitarra)
Alex Suarez (bajo)
Nate Novarro (batería)

Se dice que la creación de esta banda fue cuando Gabe iba por el desierto y una cobra le mordió. En una de las alucinaciones que le produjó esta mordedura veia a una cobra que venía del futuro en una nave espacial. Esta historia se ve reflejada en el videoclip de «Send my love to the dancefloor».
