Between the Trees

Between the Trees se formó en Orlando, Florida a principios del año 2005. El 19 de Septiembre de 2006 realizaron su primer album «The Story and the Song», bajo la productora independiente Bonded Records.

El grupo ha estado envuelto con «To Write Love on Her Arms», una organizacion que presta apoyo a personas con comportamientos depresivos, suicidas o adicctos.
Dos canciones de su primer album hacen referencia a dicha organizacion y a los problemas que espera resolver.

Dashboard Confessional

Dashboard Confessional es un grupo de música de origen estadounidense, lidereado por el músico-compositor y guitarrista Chris Carraba originario de Boca Ratón, Florida.

En 1999 nace Dashboard Confessional como un proyecto solista-paralelo de Chris Carrabba, Chris tocaba la guitarra, cantaba y escribia todas las canciones.

Chris Carraba grabó un par de cassetes y le entregó uno a su hermana y otro a su mejor amiga, Amy Fleisher, quien trabajaba para Fiddler Records. Amy decide hacer un par de copias para unos amigos y así se fueron propagando las grabaciones de Carraba.

Butch Vig, productor de discos tan influyentes como Nevermind de Nirvana y Siamese Dream de Smashing Pumpkins decidió que quería formar un grupo, de modo que pidió a sus compañeros productores Marker y Erikson que se unieran a él. Después de que el grupo viera a Shirley Manson en MTV (Shirley participó en otros proyectos como Goodbye, Mr. MacKenzie y Angelfish), le pidieron que se uniera al grupo. Su nombre proviene, aparentemente, del «sonido basura» de sus canciones.

Cobra Starship es una banda de rock alternativo creada por Gabe Saporta vocalista y bajista de la banda Midtown.

Se dice que la creación de esta banda fue cuando Gabe iba por el desierto y una cobra le mordió. En una de las alucinaciones que le produjó esta mordedura veia a una cobra que venía del futuro en una nave espacial. Esta historia se ve reflejada en el videoclip de «Send my love to the dancefloor».
